Refund policy

We have a 30 day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

How refunds work: If your not satisfied with your order for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your item and well issue a full refund- you don't need to send the product back. To request a refund contact us at domcarroll8168@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the refund.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

European union 14-day cooling off period: If your product is being shipped into the European union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days, for any reason without any justification.

Refunds: we will notify you once your refund request has been reviewed. If approved you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
